Prepare One Brief for Each Cleaning Zone
A clear site brief lets purchasing teams compare proposals against the same requirements. Use the following checklist for warehouses, workshops, retail premises or parking facilities, and attach photographs to show details that a floor-area figure cannot convey.
Floor and Residue
- Identify the floor material, finish and any coating.
- Describe the loose debris, adhered residue or liquid to remove.
- Note damaged joints, uneven areas and surfaces needing a separate method.
Route and Access
- Measure the narrowest doorway and aisle, plus the space to turn.
- Record overhead clearance, storage access and route gradients.
- Distinguish indoor garage cleaning from outdoor parking-lot sweeping.
Utilities and Daily Work
- Locate water, emptying and charging or electrical connections.
- State the working window and normal pedestrian or vehicle movements.
- Allow for refill, emptying, inspection and storage tasks.
Purchase Requirements
Add the preferred equipment family, quantity, delivery country, requested accessories and documentation. Ask the supplier to identify the exact model and included configuration. Keep open questions visible in the quotation review.

Attach the brief to the MRCH products you want to compare
