Walk-Behind Floor Scrubbers FAQ

Selection guidance for walk-behind floor scrubbers, including access, configuration and purchase requirements.

How should I select a model?

Measure aisles, shelving gaps and doorways before selecting a machine. Include the recovery squeegee in the required clearance. Compare brush width with clean-water and wastewater tank sizes. Choose the combination that fits the route and refill points. Follow the selected model’s instructions for tanks, brushes, squeegees and charging. Ask for the operation and maintenance information with your quotation.

Where can I find full specifications?

Open an individual model from the product list to review its specifications and images. Confirm the final configuration with MRCH before ordering.

Can I request OEM or ODM equipment?

Yes. Meiruichi accepts OEM and ODM inquiries. Send your model, configuration, branding and quantity requirements for a quotation review.

Is cleaning width the same as doorway clearance?

No. Include the full machine and fitted squeegee when checking access. The scrubbed path alone does not describe the space needed to pass through doors or make turns.

How should I compare the two tank capacities?

The solution tank holds clean water and the specified cleaning mixture; the recovery tank collects dirty liquid. Compare each tank separately and include refill and emptying stops in your route.

Can a walk-behind scrubber replace sweeping?

Loose debris may need to be collected before washing. Choose the preparation method for the floor and debris, then follow the operating instructions for the selected scrubber.

Which brush or pad should I request?

Describe the floor material, surface finish and dirt to be removed. Confirm the cleaning tool and detergent against the floor care guidance, and test the proposed process on a small area.
