This is an illustrative planning example, not a completed customer installation or a measured result.
Describe the Site
A factory can contain several different cleaning jobs: dust and small debris on transport routes, localized material around a workstation, or adhered residue on a compatible floor. Describe each job separately instead of treating the whole building as one surface.
Organize the Decisions
- Describe the actual production residue
- Separate workstation pickup from floor routes
- Measure access around fixed machinery
- Plan work within production windows
Check the Shortlist
Identify the actual waste material before choosing a vacuum or collection system. Match brushes, pads, filtration, hoses and power to a documented configuration; a general industrial label does not establish suitability for every process residue.
Prepare photos, route measurements, the working window and purchase requirements before discussing the proposed model.
Continue with the application guide, compare MRCH equipment categories, or discuss your own site.
